If you are looking for the ultimate unwind experience for your family this is it!!! From walking in to unwind and relaxing to walking out at checkout this property and host exceeded all expectations. The property was in pristine condition, superb cleanliness, wonderful family items stocked that you might have forgotten to pack. Our children are older but the touches this property had were meant to alleviate any hiccups a traveling family might have! They had any kind of board game for a rainy day, high chair for the little one, plenty of kitchen items and coffee bar essentials you might have forgotten. Our host was so kind and made sure our stay was everything we expected! This property was exactly how it was pictured and great location with golf cart included that worked perfectly! Will definitely be coming back to this location!

Ferry's place was so clean and comfortable! We had a "girls'" weekend, six family members ranging in age from 91 to 14. Everyone felt right at home and enjoyed the games, bikes, golf cart, close proximity to pool and beach access. Of note, as it is not often the case, the beds were VERY comfortable and the linens, pillows, towels were were quality! We will be back.

We had SO much fun during our stay. I brought my elderly mother, her brother, and his wife, so the “no steps” and the short distance between the cars and front door was a real winner. Also, the golf cart was everyone’s favorite part! Driving that road along the bay was SO beautiful and relaxing. We love the beach house. It had everything we could need. Great location. I would say to everyone who’s gonna rent it. Make sure you get a golf cart because you must have a golf cart to be able to get around the neighborhood and if you have young kids I would say the beach is not really walking distance, but it probably depends on your kids. We love this house and will definitely be back.

What a wonderful day! As the other reviews have stated, this house was completely stocked and had everything we could need. They have plenty of beach day, necessities like towels, chairs, toys, and umbrellas. We also brought our toddler; this house had everything we needed for him (pack n play, high chair, utensils). Overall, this is a beautiful, beautiful house and we had a wonderful stay. The walk to the beach was really nice. My older parents (60-70s) did pretty well with the walk, just had to go slowly on the Sandy portion getting to the beach. We needed Ferry’s assistance with the thermostat during our stay and she was extremely responsive and helpful. Would recommend this listing to anyone looking for a quiet beach escape

Ferry is the host with the most. The only issue we had was a remote control that had stuck buttons. No big deal. They responded within an hour and sent someone the next day which was not needed or asked for but noticed. The house and bay are great. The pool was perfect. Port Saint Joe is an adorable town. Ferry went above and beyond for us before we even got there. I asked for help finding a golf cart to rent due to all of the local golf cart suppliers being booked out because of the 4th of July holiday. She took it upon herself to also call the suppliers and managed to help me get one. Which was a life saver since we had young children and older people in our party. Arranged an early check in. The house was new and beautiful. She had all the things there we could ever need.

This Property was perfect for our family… Six adults and five kids. The bedrooms were all very comfortable and the bunk room even had room for a twin air mattress so all the kids could stay together. The neighborhood was so fun for the kids… Walking distance to the pool, beach and lots of fun on their bikes both in the neighborhood and on the beach road. Shaded areas for coffee in the morning and cold drink in the afternoon. Coffee bar was fantastic. Nice big table for family games at night. Easy golf cart ride to the larger pool and town, but our neighborhood pool was our favorite. Be sure to head to the beach for sunset family pictures. Loved every minute of our stay. We had a BLAST staying at Ferry’s GORGEOUS beach house! Everything was incredible. Ferry has thought of EVERYTHING from driving directions to beach toys to plenty of beach towels and tons more details. The house is beautiful and housed my family of seven (plus two dogs) perfectly. Fully appointed kitchen, excellent coffee and tea bar, everything you would want in a stay. Also when we had a question on a possible appliance issue, Ferry responded immediately and helpfully. Highly highly recommend for your next stay at this beautiful Florida beach!!

Beautiful newly-constructed home in a new neighborhood. Ferry's home is pristine with lots of amenities! The beds were luxurious, the kitchen is huge with everything needed for a perfect beach vacation! Would love to stay at Sunkissed Paradise again!

We loved Ferry’s home! It was spacious, clean and very comfortable! The beds and pillows were comfy and we had no trouble sleeping. Ferry had everything you needed there and she was super responsive. Getting to the beach is a little cumbersome if you have small kiddos or guests with mobility issues. I’m sure that will get better once the path to the beach is completed. The pool was fresh but a short drive away. It will be a wonderful little neighborhood once the pool and pavilion are finished. We felt safe and secure here and it was a quiet neighborhood which we loved! We would love to come back and stay. Our kids were so sad to leave.

DO IT! Stay here! The home is beautiful, clean, and comfortable! The location is perfect. We use to have a home at Mexico Beach but the hurricane destroyed it. This home felt like home to us 🤍the location of the home is right between Mexico Beach clean beaches and the fun and shops of Port Saint Jo! Great stay! She even provided a high chair for the baby!

We really enjoyed our annual family vacation at Sunkissed Paradise! The home was beautiful, clean and well appointed. Ferry was very responsive and provided great information on things to do in the area. The beach chairs, umbrella, bikes and wagon made our trips to the beach that more enjoyable. Windmark Beach was fabulous—so secluded and beautiful! Would love to come back when the pool for this phase of the development is completed. Instead of a short drive to the community pool in the other part of this community, it will be a quick few steps to the end of the street. Port St. Joe and Sunkissed Paradise was the perfect combination for a great family getaway! Can’t wait to come again!!

My family thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Sun kissed Paradise, it was the perfect space for our group! There were bikes to use, beach equipment, and games to play!! We rented a golf cart during our stay to get us to the beach/pool - the walk would have been a bit much for us but Ferry was so helpful with suggestions of rental places and even calling and getting quotes for us! We traveled with a 8 adults, a 3 year old and a 5 month old-this house was large enough we all fit comfortably and had our own space! Highly recommend! Looking forward to staying here again, I suspect when we return next year this neighborhood will be even more up & coming!
