★WINDMARK BEACH: Steps to the beach boardwalk access from our home OR you can take the golf cart down Old 98 Coastal drive
★MEXICO BEACH: 10 minutes car ride
★CAPE SAN BLAS: 30 minutes car ride
★ST. GEORGE ISLAND- 30 minutes car ride

★ Pool #2 is located in the WindMark village center on Good Morning Street. Pool #2 is about 2 Miles from the house (5-7 minutes' drive). This Pool will be heated October-April.
★ Dog Park and Kids Playground is about 2 miles away located in the WindMark village center on Good Morning Street
★ 4 Miles of beach front paved Bike paths, Community walking paths and Boardwalks
★ Fabulous Restaurant/bar & convenient store with live music on the weekends

★Driveway and Garage: Driveway holds 2-3 vehicles depending on size. Please inquire if you have more than 3 vehicles.
★RV, Boat and trailer parking is not allowed (please message host if you need information to store your boat)
★There is no parking allowed on the street

We welcome well-behaved dogs within the following limits:
★ Pet must be housebroken
★ Up to 2 dogs under 30 lbs. each or
★1 dog up to 60 lbs.
★ An additional $195 Pet fee applies, please include your pet when booking. Unapproved pets will result in a $750 fine.
★Please pick up after your pet.

★The property has skybell doorbell at the front door and security camera by the garage door for security. All are exterior facing.

Our stay was fantastic! The house was very clean and much bigger than we expected. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook. There were plenty of bath linens in both bathrooms for our entire family. The beach gear was so nice to have on hand and the golf cart helped us get around! We truly loved the community and the peacefulness of the beach. The pools were perfect for our family. We will definitely be back!

We had a total of 3 adult couples and two 16 year old boys for the week here. We had no problem at all from a space point of view. The boys were a little cramped in the bunk beds bud made it work. Showers had great water pressure and a huge master closet. Having the spare fridge and freezer were super helpful. Plenty of floats and boards in the garage. Having access to the golf cart was a nice addition, but you are honestly so close to the beach and pool, it’s not necessary. I do wish that the other Windmark property with the ice cream shop and pizza place was joined to where you could drive the golf cart there, but it is just a 3 min car drive off 98. We ate at a few places in Port St Joe, but the best was probably Krazyfish. A little expensive, but comparable to other places in the area. The pizza at Windmark Beach Bruno’s was phenomenal!All in all, we would 100% stay here again, great location and nice house!
