Ferry is a great host! He is very responsive and truly cares about his guests. The cabin is beautifully decorated, cozy, and felt just like home. The views from the balcony are absolutely breathtaking, and the pool is a wonderful bonus. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely book this cabin again!

Overall this was an excellent home and location. Pool access/proximity was excellent. Proximity to the boardwalks and beach were also excellent. Unfortunately, this stretch of beach had quite a bit of trash at entrances and along the shore. Rather sad site, but to no fault of the personal owner of this home. We greatly appreciated the small things: coffee bar and supplies, actual hand soap in all bathrooms, enough toilet paper and trash bags for the stay. Towels were plentiful. My only suggestion would be updating the furniture in the living room/area: uncomfortable and appeared worn, holes in decorative pillows. Rugs need replacing, as the one in this room was curled at the corner, causing a few of us to trip a couple of times each. Also, the master bed was interesting. Almost felt as though the mattress topper was an inflatable/air mattress.

The location, house and host could not have been better!

Overall, it was a great stay . The location and proximity to the beach was great. The amenities were great, except no gas grill, which is needed. House was open and clean. No issues with the stay and the communication with the host was great!!

Absolutely BEAUTIFUL! Exactly as shown in Pictures! Spectacular View and peaceful. Kitchen is very well stocked. Ferry was an excellent host, quick to respond to any questions and very helpful. We were so comfortable, we did not want to leave! We will be back.

This house was wonderful! We were traveling with an 8 year old, 6 year old, and 8 month old. The house was very kid friendly with very few breakable items in reach. A high chair was provided also! There was a large dining table so we all could eat together. The golf cart to get around was great and big enough for all 6 of us! There was so much space in the house for all of us and beach chairs, towels, ext were all provided! The house even had a fully stocked coffee bar! I would definitely stay here again. The owner was also quick to respond to any questions we had.

Ferry was very accommodating and great to communicate with as our host. The place was very clean and nice. One of the nicest Airbnb’s we’ve stayed at. Very comfortable house, in a great location 10 min from Port St Joe, and 10 min from Mexico Beach.
